Meet the team behind the project...
Inspired by Peter, Polly and Kim’s fantastic journey to Zambia, Project New Ngoma was born out of a profound encounter with the people, wildlife, and pressing challenges within Kafue National Park. During their visit, they witnessed the incredible work being done to protect orphaned baby elephants and saw firsthand the vital role education plays in preventing poaching and human-wildlife conflict.
At the heart of this mission lies a simple truth: without adequate support and accommodation for teachers, education cannot thrive in remote communities. This project brings together a dedicated team of individuals committed to building brighter futures for both the children and the wildlife of New Ngoma.
